Important Information from SOCIAL SMM's User Agreement

Please read this important information before registering or making a purchase on Social SMM sites and applications:

  • By registering or making purchases on Social SMM sites or applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms or do not intend to read them, please do not register or approve any agreements.
  • We recommend that you review the User Agreement to understand the general rules and legal responsibilities.
  • If these terms do not suit you, please do not accept this agreement and stop using the site.
  • By using the site and completing the membership form with your personal information, you accept the terms outlined on these pages.

General Information

  • Explanations provided for social media services on the Social SMM Panel apply to every 1,000 orders. Note that prices may increase with order volume.
  • Each order indicates acceptance of the relevant service description terms. No refunds will be issued if the order description is not read before placing an order.
  • If your order is partially completed or canceled due to a service issue, the balance will be refunded automatically.
  • No guarantees are provided for any social media services.
  • Accounts involved in inappropriate orders will be terminated without warning or refund. Social SMM is not obligated to review every order for misuse.
  • Do not place orders for newly created accounts, accounts without email verification, or accounts lacking SMS verification.
  • Legal action will be taken against users who discover and fail to report a security vulnerability.

Refill Policy

The refill policy outlines specific conditions under which a refill request may be accepted or denied. Users should be aware of these conditions to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a smoother refill process.

  • If Refill is Rejected: Refill requests may be rejected if:The current count has reached 100% of the ordered amount.
    The account is private or the link is broken.
    The current count is less than the start count, so no additional refill is necessary.
    When there is a greater than abnormal drops.
  • If Refill is Not Possible: Refill may not be possible if:Less than 24 hours have passed since the order completion or the last refill request.
    The service does not include a refill guarantee.
    The order is still in progress, or the refill time has expired.
    The account differs from the original account ordered.
  • Final Decision: The decision to proceed with a refill request rests with the Social SMM team, even for orders eligible for refill. This provides an additional layer of security for evaluating each case.

Additional SMM Panel Terms

  • Order Processing Time: Processing times for services may vary. Users agree that delays do not entitle them to any claims or refunds.
  • Automatic and Manual Processes: Some orders may be processed automatically, while others require manual handling. Manual orders may take longer to complete.
  • Platform Compatibility: Social media platforms are constantly updated. Social SMM reserves the right to adjust its services according to these changes, but does not guarantee compatibility with all updates.
  • Account Security and Accountability: Users are responsible for the security of their social media accounts when using the panel. Social SMM is not liable for account suspensions or bans due to platform policy violations.
  • Avoiding Duplicate Orders: Users should avoid placing multiple orders for the same profile/link simultaneously. Doing so may result in loss of funds or delays, with no refund eligibility.
  • Policy Changes by Social Media Platforms: Some services may be restricted or stopped due to changes in social media platform policies. In such cases, users agree that no rights or refunds can be claimed.
  • Support and Complaint Process: Users experiencing issues can submit a support request. Complaints will be addressed within a reasonable time frame as part of a transparent support process.
  • Order Cancellations: Order cancellations may take time and are considered an additional process. Cancellations will not be processed unless approved by the service provider.
  • Unexpected Delays: Order-related issues may take significantly longer than expected to resolve. Users acknowledge and accept that such delays do not constitute grounds for refunds or compensation.

General Terms

  • Providing misleading, incomplete, or false information or using others' private information without permission is prohibited.
  • Users who share their credentials with third parties are responsible for any resulting damages.
  • Using software or performing actions that threaten site security, spam, or attempt to steal information is prohibited.
  • Any behavior involving threats, insults, or repeated violations of warnings against the support team may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions without prior notice.

Terms of Use

  • All content on the Social SMM site is legally protected. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
  • By registering, users accept notifications via the contact information provided during registration.
  • Terms and conditions may be updated. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication, and continued use of the site implies acceptance of the new terms.

Privacy Agreement

  • Social SMM keeps all transaction records of its members confidential and does not share them with third parties.
  • Payment transactions occur between your bank, PayTR payment systems, and your device through the Social SMM interface.
  • By registering, you agree to receive announcements at your email address and phone number. You can opt-out anytime by notifying Social SMM.

Refund Policy

  • Balances and credits loaded onto Social SMM are non-refundable and can only be used within Social SMM.
  • Once an order is placed, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted. If an order is not completed or is partially completed, the balance will be refunded automatically.

These terms and conditions are considered accepted upon completing registration. Social SMM reserves the right to change terms without prior notice.
